Key 1: Awareness

Awareness is the most important key to unleash and realize your potential talents and achieve optimal productivity using the superpowers of each phase of your cycle.

To fulfill you potential and discover new talents you need to be aware of the changes in your physical, mental and emotional states. Without noticing what you find easy or difficult, you will not know when your abilities are at their best and you will miss powerful opportunities to reach your goals without too much stress and hassle. You may experience failing at projects, goals and tasks simply because you are taking the wrong actions at the wrong time.

Being self-aware not only help you to achieve more and do better but it also builds self-confidence and self-esteem. It helps you to understand and accept that being “inconsistent” is not a negative aspect of being a female but is instead life-enhancing and empowering.

Key 2: Planning

Awareness helps you realize that your heightened abilities are cyclical and they occur around the same time each month. This wonderful revelation empowers you to plan in advance how to use these abilities to your best advantage in the following month. You can deliberately plan to use them to benefit your everyday tasks, to produce better results at work or to enhance your overall work performance. You can still set goals for the month ahead but this time your goals and actions will be planned to be in tune with your cycle.

Planning ahead enables you to set everything up in advance so you have all the necessary information in the right place at the right time for you to complete the task quickly and efficiently.

Key 3: Trust

One of the most difficult things when you start to implement the Cycle Based Productivity is to trust that these heightened abilities will indeed come as expected. It takes awareness and experience of putting the awareness into plans and actions, for you to be able to trust the process you go through each month. Trust means, where possible, that you will leave the task until its optimum time.

It can be a real challenge, especially where the impression of leaving the task suggests that it has “low priority”. Quiet the opposite – you are giving it the highest priority by leaving it until your best time for execution. When you trust your abilities, your colleagues will trust in them too, because you produce good work and deliver on time. The more you plan and work according to you cyclical optimal abilities, the more you will trust that you can achieve your goals and the more people around you will trust the unique way you handle tasks.

Key 4: Action

The only way you are going to trust your cyclical abilities is to take the right action at the right time. You have to put the concept into action if you are to experience the unique effects your cycle based productivity has for you. It is important to apply your optimal cycle abilities practically, even if it’s on something small. If you don’t take action during the optimal time, you will lose the opportunity to experience a higher level of abilities and you will waste a valuable opportunity to complete a task quickly and efficiently.

Key 5: Flexibility

Flexibility is important because you don’t run like a clockwork. Your cycle might change its length due to internal and external circumstances. On top of this there is no cut-off point where your cyclic abilities shift gear. All your planning can seem to be blown away by a cycle which is few days shorter or a week late. Flexibility means accepting that the timing has changed and based on your awareness and experience to look at how you can use the abilities for the new optimal time to make a progress. It also means planning for the next time this specific optimal time appears.
